Process

The bat rolling process doesn’t seem complicated.  It does require the right machines and expertise to accelerate the break-in process.  We use the latest machines and will unleash your bat’s full potential.  Bats are expensive and you don’t want to risk damaging the bat; lowering it’s durability and longevity with outdated machines or amateurs.

Rolling composite bats involves placing the bat between two or three rollers.  The rollers are attached to a vice that are lowered down, lock the bat in place and apply pressure along the barrel.  Once secured, that bat is then rotated and the interior walls and bonds are broken down.  After various pressure intervals, the composite fibers and glue within the wall of the bat are physically broken.  At this point, the bat rolling process is complete and your bat will be at it’s highest effectiveness.
